Shipping and delivery

Deliveries within Germany are always sent with DHL and usually take 2-5 working days.

Shipping is free within European countries. For orders outside of Europe, we charge DHL shipping costs at no extra cost. Your order will arrive within 2-5 business days within Germany. Returns are always free of charge.

As soon as your order leaves our logistics center, you'll see a tracking link in your customer account so you always know where your package is. You'll also receive a shipping confirmation from us via email, also with a tracking link.

If you are not available in person for delivery, you will usually receive a notification from DHL. Your order will then be available for collection at the nearest post office in Germany within 7 business days. You will need an official photo ID (e.g., ID card) for collection. If the order is not collected or cannot be successfully delivered, the package will be returned to us. Redelivery is only possible upon receipt of a new order from you.

Standard shipping within Europe is free, and your order will arrive within 2-5 business days. Shipping to the USA is free for orders over €100.00. Shipping takes approximately 7 to 10 days. For orders under €100, please refer to the DHL shipping table.

By the way: All assure fashion packages are shipped with DHL's Go Green environmental protection program. This means that we pay a CO2 offset for each package, which offsets the CO2 emissions associated with transport and processing. The proceeds go entirely to DHL climate protection projects that are certified according to internationally recognized standards.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to send parcels to packing stations, as our goods are shipped by hand. This means that only the invoice recipient is authorized to personally receive the goods and sign for them. However, we are happy to ship your goods to a delivery address that differs from the billing address. If you cannot receive your parcel at your home address, you can of course specify an alternative delivery address, such as your workplace, where you can personally receive the parcel.

Your goods will be shipped via our logistics service provider. Therefore, it is unfortunately not possible to pick up the goods in person.

If the shipment is running irregularly or delivery cannot be made, please contact DHL directly and provide your tracking number, which begins with the numbers "0034..."

If your package has not moved for more than 2 days, please send an email with your order number and a brief description of your problem to service(at)assure.fashion.

If your package has any external defects upon delivery, we ask you to refuse acceptance and the package will be returned to us.

Please open the package immediately upon receipt. If, after opening the package, you discover that something is missing from your order or that the contents are missing, immediately submit a damage report to DHL along with the received package. Such a damage report can only be submitted to DHL within 7 days of receipt of the goods. After this deadline, the damage can no longer be claimed. After you have submitted the damage report, you will receive a stamped copy, which you must then forward to us by email or mail so that we can initiate an investigation with DHL.

Important note: Please do not use the return slip included with your package to report the damage. Otherwise, a proper assessment or processing of the investigation will not be possible.

When we ship the goods to you, they are insured during transport. To ensure insurance coverage in the event of a return, please use the return label included with your order. If the shipping service provider picks up the package, please have this handover confirmed with a signed receipt. If you drop off the package at the post office, please also have a receipt issued there.

We are also happy to arrange shipping outside of Europe. Please contact us in advance, stating the item and the destination country, to discuss delivery options and delivery methods.
